2(c) In the open area next to the preschool classrom there is a tangle of cords under the desk and beteen the desk and the copier/printer. 3(a) In the preschool/school age bathroom, the toilet closest to the door has an uncovered bolt protruding 3" above the base of the toilet. It appears that it may be rusty. 3(g) The door to the preschool/school age bathroom is flaking paint and the door knob is loose. 5(e) In the open area where families enter, there is a surge protector on the floor with cords plugged in and is acessible to children.
